Precautionary scale

The instructions that came with my new bathroom scale had this precautionary note:

"...do not drop, throw, or kick scale..."

Well fine.

They should have added:

"This scale does not perform miracles."

"This scale does not know when that time of the month is."

"This scale does not know what time of day it is."

"This scale does not know how many times you've been to the gym."

"This scale does not lie."

...and perhaps the biggest precaution...

"This scale cannot determine what kind of day you're getting ready to have."

I just did 15 minutes on my exercise bike because my scale does not perform miracles either. It does lie, though; not in my favor, however. I've been debating whether or not to get a new one, but it doesn't really matter at this point. Too many chocolate covered cranberries just add up to too many.

Hang in there.

Pretty cute I have heard weight people say to throw the scales away!! Fine by me.
Think I have gotten hooked on those cranberries Monica, even though it did take awhile. Will put you down for thm next year.

Ha! That was hilarious! I wonder why the instructions included not throwing or kicking scale???

I'd totally pay extra for a scale that lies.
